Matrix Protocol's organization makes the protocol seems much less open than it is. But without the organisation, the protocol would have died.
Leadership is important, and honestly it is more capital efficient.
Nostr needs more doers and less talkers. Nostr needs more maintainers and less “launch and forget”. Nostr needs solidity and solidarity and a single well defined mission and goals. 🫡
