im not saying people with down syndrome are racist. i'm saying that facial appearance can be used to diagnose down syndrome, which is associated with extremely low IQs. Thus an initial diagnosis of Down Syndrome (performed by a doctor, but using only visual information) is predictive of a low IQ.
