This weekend I learnt that nostr has a major consistency problem for different profiles across different relays. Very few clients will easily let you update your profile and have it reflected in the network. Some relays wont allow you to update your profile unless you pay. Fixing profile related issues (including first follow) would help improve the nostr UX alot.
