Depends on how fast the worms are eating which is a derivative of how big your bin is, number of worms, temp and type of food you’re giving them

Weekly feed is a good start. Modify as needed based on observations. If the previous food isn’t fully consumed, slow feeding or reduce food stock load each week. Better to underfeed than overfeed

Chopping up food into smaller pieces can help speed up digestion. Once you dial in the moisture, PH and increase worm number you can even feed every few days in a really efficient bin
