I don't think Nostr is big enough for authorities to even care. If that will ever be the case, you'll see blossom servers get takedown notices and relays get harassed to start "moderating" the content (especially to try and filter out shopstr notes).
But if we get to that point it means we are winning. I'd be more concerned with the current state of things, where we don't get harassed by the system because all of this is too niche to even care.
