I hope a large economy like the EU introduces a carbon tariff and says Canada doesn't qualify for exemption because Saskatchewan isn't collecting its carbon pricing to embarrass Scott Moe.

I get that Moe thinks the consumer pricing is bad for people (even if people get more money than they pay in unless you're a massive polluter), but breaking federal law simply because you don't like it is a dangerous, jerk move.
