For the latter, it heavily depends on the telco whether E2E encryption is supported. If Apple decides to run their own infrastructure, they would need to implement and run a second platform like iMessage in parallel. Does this make sense? They also could just use Jibe - but this doesn’t sound like Apple at all.",
