Minibits uses push notifications for NWC to work when app is backgrouned or killed.
But there is websocket fallback in case notifications are disabled. Still with minibits relay but should be faster.
However, android tends to kill network connections if app goes to background so not sure it's suitable when both nostr client app and Minibits are on the same device.
