So I have been doing this #PlantBased eating thing for nearly a year now and it's funny how most people seem to struggle with giving up cheese (it seems to be the most commonly cited food) but that hasn't been the case for me. For me, the hardest thing to give up was fish. I do even now still miss a nice bit of fish. Maybe it's because Ireland is a smallish island with excellent seafood. #Food
