Follow-up thought: Since it's only (for t he moment) blocking new search results, and since at least some of what is generated on #Reddit is now AI garbage, that means that Google will be paying to feed GenAI stuff into it's LLMs, which can only accelerate model collapse.
Which frankly is *hilarious*.
