Apparently missed a chance to see the northern lights last night. Still haven't figured out a good way to keep up with up to the minute aurora forecasts and reports. In this case even Space Weather and UAF Geophysical Institute were slow to pick up on the current storm, and latest forecast graphics don't show storm potential as far south as the aurora were observed last night.
