Reports coming out that Wagner forces are already arriving in Voronezh and Lipetsk (about 2 hours drive north of Rostov, where this all began.)
Russian backhoes, meanwhile, are digging up highways to prevent their advance. State news services are putting out "everything is fine in Voronezh!" missives. So clearly things aren't super fine in Voronezh.
