Hopefully there is someone with electronics hardware experience in my timeline. A couple years ago, I designed an Arduino shield with some components for running a drip irrigation system. Next I wanted to make it fancy by sending status updates over Wi-Fi to a server. But I couldn’t figure out how to get an ESP32 board to talk with the Arduino.
But tonight I saw evidence that I can program the ESP32 like it was an Arduino. Maybe I can cut the Arduino out of the setup entirely?
