So how did all these devices explode? Who had access to this many devices for long enough to do it? Who had the expertise? Why did they all end up in one place? *DID* they all end up in one place, or are many more of them rigged like this?
This stinks and I don't like it.
Batteries don’t explode. They might melt but not explode.
