"content": "Appletini. Gorgeous blooms but the fruit has always been tasteless, so I planned to leave them behind at the rental property when we moved. During our tenancy, our landlord exhibited a scorched earth approach to gardening. With fears she'd kill them after we left, I lifted both trees, potted them up, \u0026 here we are. I taste the fruit every year \u0026 this is the first time they've had a sharp, apple taste. Would imagine it's the compost. Any clues as to how to keep this going? #gardening\nhttps://files.mastodon.social/media_attachments/files/113/225/651/264/745/068/original/28fc2daaaa5ce3f9.jpeg\n",
