My best friend’s niece just graduated with her doctorate in Chinese medicine and does acupuncture. We got to the ones she practiced on. I got pinned head to toe! Literally! It was oddly relaxing. As several have already said, it definitely works! You just gotta do it regularly over a period of time to see the long term benefits. Definitely worth it though.
