"Siu Nim Tao: The Art of Centering"
Today, I trained in the Siu Nim Tao form of Wing Chun for the first time, and it was an incredible experience. Focusing on breath, centering, and proper form, I worked on refining my guard and stance—feeling the foundation of movement, balance, and intention come together.
What stood out the most? The way this form naturally pulls you into a meditative state. Every movement keeps you anchored in the present, breath steady, mind focused, and energy aligned with a higher purpose. I can already see Siu Nim Tao becoming a meditation practice in itself.
Now, it’s time to refine sinking and seeing—gotta get that flow dialed in. Who else finds meditation through their training? Let’s talk about it! 💨⚡
