According to the SC, political assignations are legal now. Or at the very least, the president can’t be held liable for criminal prosecution over any official action, so not exactly illegal. I could make a compelling argument for defending the constitution being at the heart of the executive’s sworn duty.
So…what’s next? Is someone going to make a list or something?
