Seems like Jobst was given plenty of opportunities to get out of it if he had just issued a real retraction that wasn't buried in a halfhearted mention towards the end of a long video. Retard had such a massive ego he actually submitted that as exonerating evidence to the judge and it pissed him off so much he heaped on damages for it.
