Today marks a huge day for me. It’s the first day that I can gladly say that I did not have a coffee.

For the past 20 years I have been taking several coffees daily and have now slowly transitioned to a healthier diet.

Today I substituted my one #coffee a day for a #matcha and it feels great!

Can’t wait for another day!
