I don't want to sound anti vibe-coding but I need to correct 100% of the code LLMs generate for me because:
- it isn't correct in the context of the project
- it does unnecessary things
- it is inefficient
- it is INSECURE
- it will make other things more difficult to implement or upgrade later
- it hallucinates an entire library or API
When making an application, there are architectural decisions the LLM will be making for you at various junctures, and it will be contradicting those decisions in the very next prompt. Most importantly, it's making these decisions without your knowledge.
All I can say is that vibe coded apps will probably have more problems than apps made by junior devs. It's like a new tier below junior dev.
It wouldn't hurt to invest in programming knowledge if you're serious about making software.
Good luck.
