Pay attention to the signs you notice about yourself.
Whether you’re training, spending time with loved ones, or just moving, the most important thing is how you feel—not what others think is healthy.
Setting goals is key. Here’s an example I’ve shared before, but it’s worth repeating. If I told you to wake up at 4 AM and work on yourself—study, train, or whatever—many would say it’s crazy. But if I offered you $1M to hit the gym at 4 AM, you’d be there. It’s not about ability; it’s about willpower.
Today’s run was completed on @iFit’s virtual Frankfurt course.
It was a short session: a mix of slow walking, three sprint sections, and some uphill parts. It felt great and completely woke me up!
