All I ever see on NOSTR is pangyrics to BTC. The network is horribly insecure. The cryptography implementation is a disaster and fails to secure anonymity. The only reason the pedos aren't getting busted is because the government(s) don't really care. They have bible believers and micro-aggressors to lynch instead.
