I sued Prudential in 2014 after they denied my appeal to my appeal. They *ignored* the objective medical evidence we provided. I paid out of pocket for a 2-day cardio-pulmonary exercise test and a neuropsychiatric battery (cognitive testing). The final denial from Prudential *did not address these tests at all*.
