I also agree that it is too simplistic. If you want a simple model, nutrients vs toxins is a much more useful and correct model than plants vs animals. Some fibers are extremely helpful and some are harmful. I linked a video if you are interested in another comment.

If you are looking for mechanisms, I’d hypothesize that malondialdehyde, which is produced via bio-transformation from seed oils are the strongest culprit as it gets detoxed. I have never seen an anti-seed-oil advocate discuss this. Why? Perhaps if aldehydes were investigated for the wreckage they cause then we all might get somewhere useful.

Yes, meat good. Arguably highest nutrient food with lowest toxicity. It fails in that it is a terrible food for getting already accumulated toxins out of your body.
