Our workplace is a huge part of our social existence. But for the most part, workplaces try to be apolitical, by not discriminating on (most) political positions.
I think this plays directly to the conservative side, and is therefore *not* apolitical. How is it apolitical, for example, to hire a voter against trans rights _and_ have trans people on board? That's neither fair or unbiased.
Not taking a clear position on such issues _is_ taking a position with the oppressing side.
