I need to come up with a hashtag to track my search for calendaring + reminders on degoogled Android and Linux desktop... maybe #ExactlyHowManyCalDavAppsDoINeedAnyway
so, the point: I'm just noting down that Thunderbird calendaring is not gonna work for me because the way it displays tasks/reminders is just ... not gonna work. I would have to dismiss all the *past* reminders that regenerated each day but only show as the most recently-due instance on my phone.
or maybe it's the way Tasks.org does reminders that act like Google's reminders that isn't gonna work with a lot of other clients, I'm not sure.
