It's really difficult, because even if you find them homes, many of them just run away again. They've been on the streets so long that they don't know HOW to live in a stable environment.

And I've heard similar stories about homeless people in general elsewhere. Just giving them a house isn't always the solution. They need lots of counselling and therapy, and to be equipped with the tools to integrate into society. :/
