Has anyone here figured out a good strategy for digitizing and archiving the zillions of pieces of paper one gets? Y'know, like the receipts you stick in your wallet in case you need it and then forget about it?

I've now had a couple of instances where stuff I thought was unimportant and shredded turned out to be necessary, and it would have saved me *so* much trouble to have a scan of it somewhere.

I'd really like something I can just fire-and-forget. Any ideas?
