I still daily drive Mac OS, but on my desktop I've been trying to use Linux more and Windows less. I'm finding it very capable these days, but there's still lots of little annoyances that might make it tough for average users.
I spent about 10 minutes troubleshooting screen tearing in VLC Player today, for example. It wasn't *the worst*, but it IS something that would push non-technical users away.
