I mostly just plan to drink way more kombucha myself for now. I do have the scale to turn out around 10 gallons a week though so I'll probably be able to over produce.
I see you do juice, haven't tried that yet. Only manually sugared teas so far. Do you change much? Switch the same scoby back and forth or use dedicated scobies?
