📷 The second day after Hurrucane Helene ploughed through in late September, I set out looking for food. Anything. There was no power, and supermarkets and convenience stores were closed.
Drove to see "My Tomato Guy" on the off-chance Ethan would be open. He was, but I had no cash and their payment systems were down. I hadn't considered ATMs and payment systems would be affected. Silly me.
I left with a beatiful Tartine Sourdough loaf, a half-dozen heirloom tomatoes and apples, courtesy of a neighbor's small business. 🙏

Ethan knew I'd want to shoot the Beagle puppies that day and took me in the back to see them. Lemon is the one on top. She got her name because of her uncommon, tan and white coloring. They're Lemon Beagles. ❤️
