You misunderstand. Yes, you sometimes can violate people's rights, but never without becoming dependant on the right-holder. In other words, it is only ever because of the right-holder that a right is able to be violated in the first place. For example, it's impossible to violate a person's property rights unless they create or acquire property in the first place. You are 100% dependant on the property owner and their past choices in order to recieve any sort of benefit from their property, whether from violating their property rights or by collaborating with them.
