I had been pondering what to have for our Matariki dinner, that represents the 4 elements of below the soil, above the soil, from freshwater, and from the ocean. Decided to wrap some Aoraki Salmon in nori, with some ginger, and roast some kumara, carrots, spuds. Brocollia & peas. Dessert is lemon cake with whipped cream. Making new traditions.
