I've been counting calories almost 2 weeks now but this week has been incredibly hard thanks to the sweltering heat hitting me with heat exhaustion so bad I feel like I am going to ouke every time I have to turn off the fan. Makes cooking rather challenging...plus I have apparently "heat hunger" so hotter it gets, hungrier I get. (=_=)
I swear this summer is trying to kill me.
Also really afraid that I might get heat stroke again.
I've had 2 of those in my life and don't want third.
