I have no children of my own. The reasons for this are my business and no one else’s. But I deserve a voice, I am “humbled”, and made my life count for something by, among other things, adopting a ton of pets over the years, most of whom were sick or about to be put down.
But I shouldn’t have to explain my worth. The right is making sure women like me feel the need to not only defend not having our own kids, but defend whether we’re worthy of life ourselves.
