A well defended argument would include:
1.) relevant legal local/state/federal statues from the US or any place where our traffic flows through in a critical way
2.) applications of the law (i.e. executive actions and people charged for similar material) through a publicly available indictment
3.) Court decisions that defined law in a relevant way with media that is relevant for us.
Nudity is protected speech (not allowed on here tho). Purenudism has operated for decades. I can make a convincing case for why text stories are illegal, even though it's doubtful anything would ever happen. I'm not going to respond to people citing AI news articles anymore because nothing on here is generated by AI. I have seen Candy Dolls and imouto.tv for years and nothing has ever happened. Make a convincing case for why they shouldn't be allowed.
