"content": "really? I've seen a few apps that have those. I'm not sure of the Apple APIs (who is), but I _think_ the Android APIs only require permissions if the app is \"talking to something\" without user knowledge. If it's a link the user actually has to click, it shouldn't require permissions. I use a GREAT Norse Heathen app called Vallhalla+ and know the dev, and he has external links for other projects that work fine, and the app doesn't require the internet. So check the docs again, for Android.",
