Yes. In my case it's getting harder with age as society is expecting an adult who can keep his focus longer than 5 min in a boring convo or work meeting. Can only focus on passions or interesting new information. In a longer relationship it's terrible as well, as the "in love" phase give unlimited focus and energy but it dies out more extreme and the focus will shift away pretty hard. Drugs help, but don't want to be dependent.
