People don't NEED jobs. They WANT them because that's mostly how you survive in our society. They NEED food, shelter, healthcare, engagement, pleasure, love, friendship, family, excitement, challenge, laughter, satisfaction. They NEED the necessities of life that have, somehow in our society, not only become secondary, but scorned as something of a vice. It should come as no surprise to anyone that people aren't lining up for shit jobs from shit bosses for shit pay.
