If you want to spend money you don’t have (ie loan) you have to pay a premium (ie interest). It is immoral to get free money at no cost.

I have no problem with interest rates staying high but feel terrible for all those getting ass blasted by interest payments from high evaluations caused by low interest.

Need the growing pain to regrow normalcy and limit the growth of clown world.
