It's wild to me that after at least a year of having more than one competitor, people still talk about not having a viable alternative to X.

Vibe check: *You* haven't moved. *You* have not done the legwork to build a community elsewhere. *You* have not worked with your followers to find a better place. *You* are enabling a bad actor and putting money in his pockets. *You* are addicted and are not willing to admit it.

The alternatives aren't the problem. *You* are the problem. Fix yourself.
