Good morning. Lying awake in bed this morning, I planned an active day full of outdoor jobs. Then I got up and realised my body didn't have the same ideas. The legs and balance communications systems in particular were saying 'Look, being in bed lying down was perfectly fine, we didn't have to do anything then, now you've spoiled it by standing up. Here, have some weakness and generally uncertain wobbliness to slow your ideas down a bit.'
