I need to mine fiat and im torn between options.
#1 is being a lead at a brew pub where I would have influence on the menu. But the food would be "brew pub" food like burgers and fries, snacks n such.
#2 would be a high end frech spot. ( or at least a place that has a rep of being a nice french place.) Id be a line / prep cook and It would be higher stress but the opportunity to learn the french side of things after 6 years of italian cooking would be cool.
Money is give or take the same at either spot. And I think both could be interesting and rewarding im their own way.
