This is typical government engineering at work. This curb was there and so was the cross walk. Someone decided to shorten the curb, make the crosswalk like six feet wide and then add an additional curb protrusion at the end. I swear you could drive a small car through this crosswalk. But this stupid additional curb now has people driving over it constantly.
