"content": "The farmstead that is now Landgasthaus | country inn „Waldmichelbacher Hof“ in Bessenbach (~45min from Frankfurt) appears on local maps as early as 1562 CE (📷1). We visited for an early Christmas lunch. Began w/ a starter of goose fat spread thinly on bread with a pinch of salt (📷2). Main of roast goose, served with potato dumplings, red cabbage, chestnuts, apple filled w/ marzipan, stuffing \u0026 gravy (📷3).
