I mostly agree. Though once private ownership of capital is capped, I'm not sure it would be "capitalism" anymore.
Regardless of what it's called, I cannot see a system that exalts in, and depends upon, unending growth to be viable. This core aspect of capitalism needs to be excised to have any chance of sustainability.
I think that goes beyond the regulated-capitalism you describe, though it would definitely be a major improvement to what we have now.
