Trump is issuing orders across a huge range of issues (you GOTTA go check it out) but he is also issuing interconnecting/interlocking actions, especially involving the border and the military.
This is an amazing onslaught intended, among other things, overwhelm the likely planned law fare campaign from the open border maniacs.
