went ahead and downloaded my data from matomo because I am an excel fangirl and then plotted the monthly visitors I got for
https://sarilho.net/ (Dec 2024 obviously still incomplete) and compared them with 2023's visits
I don't super like the spikes, and I cannot be super sure it's not bot activity. With visits I often assume it's a new reader going through the archive, but if they request to not track their IP it makes it a lot harder to establish that those visits are from the same person, so...
