I remember going to an estate sale, near where my Mother lived. My Mother had recently passed away. Even then, in my mid 40's, I recall being shocked at how that lady's life was just left there. For all to walk in, see, grab, poke through, like vultures. Family photos, all on display. Her bank records, file cabinets, all there. For all to rummage through. The kitchen, as if she had just cooked a meal. She obviously had a family, children, yet nobody gave a rat's azz. I bought a framed photo, obviously from WWII, her and uniformed husband. Sadly, I lost it in #Katrina. I still feel bad about that. I have no idea who she was 😥😥😔😔🙏
